Acid/Alkaline balance

A slightly alkaline body is crucial for good health. Balancing the Acid/alkaline balance in the body helps one to feel good with abundant energy. Aches and pains disappear. The term pH stands for “Potential of Hydrogen”. It is the measure of the relative acidity or alkalinity of a solution. The pH level indicates the body’s Acid/alkaline balance and tells the health of the individual.The scale of pH runs from 0 to 14.Zero is totally acidic and 14 is totally alkaline. The middle of the scale at 7, is neutral. Quality water has a pH of 7.It is extremely rare that a person is too alkaline. It is more likely to occur in someone who consumes little or no protein.
