Second Half of 2008

Happy first day of July as well as the second half of 2008! I am very grateful for all the bloggers as well as the blurkers to The Garden of Yve. This is a ministry in which the Spirit of God impressed within me to start this year, March 2008. Certainly I have been inspired by my pastor, Bishop Swilley but honestly this is a forum that God had in my spirit for some years now. Well, at any rate let me summarize the purpose of Garden of Yve and it's inception.

I have been a health and wellness advocate for many years know and very interested in nutrition for the family. At my point I owned a herb store in a mall here in the Atlanta area. To be perfectly honest, I didn't make a ton of money but I did help lot of people and that is something I feel great about. Well, since that time (10 years later), I find myself instructing, helping, teaching many people who are looking to alternative medicine as opposed to pharmaceuticals. I have recently discovered just how important having our bodies in the proper ph balance (alkalinity) was to our overall health. So you will find articles on alkaline water, alkaline diet, alkaline foods etc. Going forward there will be articles posted on cancer prevention, help for diabetes, gout, high blood pressure and many other dis-eases. This blog is not intended to replace medical advice or consultation and testimonies are based on a individuals experienced.

That being said, I welcome all of your blurkers (some one who just reads blogs but doesn't actually comment) and bloggers (participants) to join in with questions, answers and feedback to create an interactive exchange to build our health and wellness for empowerment of the family.

A second purpose of this blog was to give a venue to ministries, outreach programs, resources to bless the body of Christ and all believers for the edification and assistance. For the last several months, I have feature probably about 12 ministries that gives assistance to the public for food, rental assistance, utility assistance, shelters, the homeless as well as local churches and their outreach programs. It is my prayer that you guys will assist with posting information for in your local communities that can be used to bless and assist your communities.

Most importantly, as God leads, you will find many spiritual topics here according to what the spirit of God gives me!

The Garden of Yve is designed to become a plethora of ideas, issues, answers, comments about many things that will met the needs of every person pertaining to the spirit, the soul and the body!

I thank you in advance for your continued support and I welcome your participation and your blessings! I do believe that God is doing a new thing in the new Jerusalem with His people. I covet your prayers and your support. Going forward in the 2nd half of 2008, I will be adding AdSense to this blog as well as links to herb businesses as well as my KangenWater business that will feature alkaline water. Please feel free to view U-tube for your education!

Peace and continued prospertity,
vaughevan of Garden of Yve

Hi Butterfly,

Thanks for stopping by and partaking. Believe it or not garlic is awesome for high blood pressure. You do want to use the odorless garlic. Also, Mrs. Braggs Apple Cider vinegar used as initial breakfast drink or last thing at night helps wonders. There is a herb at the health food stores, (not drug stores or Walmart or supermarket), but real health food stores, by the name of Pressure-Lo, which works so well that I have had results with several folks where after being on for several months, there pressure was normalized and they were able to come off of prescription drugs. Please be mindful that this advice is not intended to take the place of medical consultation with your physician nor is it intended to advise your dismissal of any medical advice. The soundest thing to do is to continue with doctor's care while implementing the herbs and garlic.

Diet is always primary with any condition and it is recommended that you exercise, even if for 30 minutes 3 or 4 times weekly.

An alkaline diet is very important as well as alkaline water. Remember Butterfly, disease can not live in an alkaline body. Our bodies are meant to be at least 7.0 alkaline, otherwise if we have an acidic body, disease can live.

High cholesterol is helped with policpsenal and red yeast rice.

Reduction of stress is always helpful.

Let me know if that helped! Follow the instructions on the herbs, don't take half dosages and allow for several weeks to a month to see results. REmember, herbs and vegetation is what God gave us to heal our bodies.
